  • The job or position title offered to the foreign national employee;
  • Information about the duties that the foreign national employee will perform (a job description would be ideal, but a series of 10 or so "bullets" will be fine);
  • Information about the minimum entry requirements (education, experience, etc.) necessary to fill for this position;
  • The salary range (low-end and high-end figures) for the position the foreign national employee will fill;
  • The name, telephone number and e-mail address of the foreign national employee’s immediate supervisor in case we have technical or job-related questions;
  • A copy of the Company’s offer letter;
  • The names, job titles, and degree(s)/major(s) of the foreign national employee’s peers or, if there are no other employees with the same job title as the foreign national employee at the location of employment, the same information regarding those Company employees with whom the foreign national employee will work most closely.  (The purpose of this information is to help you to prove to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (CIS) that the foreign national employee will be surrounded by degreed professionals.  This will support your contention that a specialized Bachelor’s Degree is a legitimate requirement for the offered job, and that the job meets the criteria for H-1B classification.)  The following chart might be helpful to you to complete:
